3.8 A road grid is proposed for each of the development cells

serving local traffic and linked to а distributor roag

which runs the length of the reclamation.

3.9 Public transport networks for bus, PLL taxi and tram heve

been designed, with integrated transport interchanges.

Possibilities for mono rail or other "people nevers" have

also been allowed for,
