meeting once every six months.

But if the need

arises and if the Executive Committee decides or if

one third or more of the Consultative Committee

members suggest, an extraordinary meeting may be

called. Members will be notified of a general

meeting two weeks in advance. The Executive Committee

will have a meeting once every two or three months.

But if the need arises and if the director and

deputy directors decide, or if one third or more

of the members suggest, an extraordinary meeting

may be called. Members will be notified of a

Executive Committee meeting one week in advance.

All general meetings of the Consultative Committee and meetings of the Executive Committee will be

chaired by the director. In the absence of the

director, the deputy directors present will elect

someone among themselves to chair the meeting. A

quorum for all meetings of the Consultative Committee

(including general meetings, meetings of the Executive

Committee and special groups and meetings to amend

the Constitution) will be formed when at least

half of the members who are eligible to attend

the meetings are present.

14. Amendment of Constitution

Meetings to amend this Constitution may be called
