In order to discharge their terms of reference,

on the basis of the modus operandi set out in this note,

the MT, supported by Mrs. Willis, will apply the following

procedure:-

(a) At the start of each week the Monitors will settle

their weekly programme of snap or sample checks

relating to the AO's tasks of receipt, registration,

translation, sorting, etc. of submissions.

In

addition, they will visit the AO informally, and

at irregular intervals, as time allows.

(b) They should arrange to receive each day (not

necessarily in a single batch):-

(1)

the daily computer print-out of all

submissions received, registered, and

subject to assessment;

(2) all submissions (in their original form)

after Form 1 has been completed and

attached, categorised (in folders for

convenience) by source of submission; and
