(3) all media submissions with Form is attached.

The submissions at (2) will be checked, so far

as possible, by Mrs. Willis against the computer

print-out (and, as necessary, the AO daily register).

(c) They should arrange to receive all Forms 2 before

4 p.m. every Monday and Thursday with a view to

linking them with Forms 1 and submissions and

studying them before the regular AO meetings on

Tuesdays and Fridays.

(d)

One or both Monitors should attend the AO meetings

on Tuesday and Friday mornings.

(e) They should receive copies of the drafts of the

Report at the stage when the DCAO forwards them

to the Commissioner.

(£) They should carry out the programme of meetings

arranged to give them access to certain aspects

of the consultation exercise.

(g) with the help of Mrs. Willis, they should maintain

the record set out in paragraph 5 above.
