Prison Rules as applied by section 8 of

the Ordinance shall be guilty of a

in paragraph (1), by deleting "Superintendent"

and substituting the following

"officer-in-charge";

(b) in paragraph (2)

(i) by deleting "Superintendent" and

substituting the following
