TRAINING CENTRES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1973

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10

of the Training Centres Ordinance, the Governor in

Council has made the following regulations

Citation and commencement.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Training

Centres (Amendment) Regulations 1973 and shall come into

operation on the day appointed for the commencement of

the Training Centres (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.

Amendment of regulation 2. (Cap. 280, sub. leg.

leg.)

Regulation 2 of the principal regulations is

amended in the definition of "officer-in-charge", by

inserting, after "an officer", the following

",not below the rank of Chief Officer,".

Amendment of regulation 7.

Regulation 7 of the principal regulations is

amended in paragraph (2) by deleting "ninth" and

substituting the following

"sixth".

Amendment of regulation 12.

4. Regulation 12 of the principal regulations is

amended by deleting paragraph (3) and substituting the

following
