19. An inmate who commits any of
the offences enumerated in rule 61 of the
Prison Rules as applied by section 8 of
the Ordinance shall be guilty of a
disciplinary offence."

in paragraph (1), by deleting "Superintendent"
and substituting the following
"officer-in-charge";
(b) in paragraph (2)
(i) by deleting "Superintendent" and
substituting the following
