States that he has no comments to make on the proposal in No. 82 and ob- serves that compulsory elimination of the breeding places of mosquitoes is already provided for in the sanitary laws of Hong Kong.

States that his Government is prepared to make an annual contribution of £100, guaranteed for a period of three ¦ years, but that, as there is no Govern- ment Entomologist in Cyprus, it will not be possible to send a delegate to the Conference unless a suitable officer happens to be on leave in London at the time.
