Reports that Ministers concur in the suggestion that payment towards the scheme for co-operation should be made on a population basis.

Transmits copy of Ministers' minute approving of the propose scheme for Imperial co-operation, and stating that they are prepared to contribute £350 per annum for three years; agreeing to the representation of the contributing Governments on the governing body of the Bureau, and nominating G. A. K. Marshall us their representative.

States that Grenada, St. Lucia and St. Vincent have agreed to make their contributions to the Committee in respect of the current financial year, and thereafter annually; and requests that the Crown Agents be instructed accordingly.

Proposes that the Colony's contribution should start from the 1st April, 1913, as any other arrangement would be opposed by the elective members of the Combined Court.
