We have received from Mr. A. C. Hurtzig an account of his Lees for his services as a witness in this arbitration, of which we send you a copy. This account is in accordance with the arrangement made with Mr. Hurtzic prior to his leaving for Singapore and we should, therefore, be obliged if you would give instructions to the Crown Agents for the Colonies to send us a cheque for the amount of this
account.
