14. THE Licensee shall be exonerated from observing or per-
forming the provisions of this Licence if and so long as the failure

sat of God, the King's enemies, restraint of Frinces and Rulers,
strikes, combinations of workmen, lockouts, riots, typhoons, white
P anta or any other interferences or circumstances beyond the control of
the Licensee,
15. THE Licensee shall not without the consent in writing of
the Postmaster General assign or underlet this Licence or any of the
Licensee's powers and authorities granted herein.

ANY notice given by the Postmaster General to the Licensee
under the provisions hereinbefore contained may be signed by any other
duly authorised officer and may be served by being sent to the licenses
in a registered post letter addressed to the Licensee at his.... last
know place of address
17.
NOTHING in this Licence ntained shall prejudice or
affect the right of the Government to establish extend maintain er
work any system or systems of broadcast commication or of receiving
or distributing broadcast matter or to enter into agreements or grant
licences for the establishment extension maintenance or working of
any such system or aystems provided that such system of broadcast
communication shall not include the service mentioned in Clause 1 (2)
of this Licence nor any similar service, provided further that the
Government is free to provide such service to Government hospitals
and/or schools if the Licenses does not so do.
18. EXCEPT when it is known to be contractually permissible
to do so the Licensee shall not recori reproduce publish or otherwise
disseminate or allow to be recorded reproduced published or otherwise
disseminated any matter sent for general reception by any broadcasting -
station and received by means of the station.
