Licensee's responsibility for acts of servants.
19.
IT IS HEREBY DECLARED that nothing herein contained
authorises the Licensee to do any act which is an infrin ement of any
copyright which may exist in any published programme or other printed
matter or in any matter received by means of the Station.
20. ALL terms and conditions herein contained or imposed here-
under to be observed by the Licensee shall be complied with by all
persons in any way concerned in the operation or management of the
Radiodistribution Station and any material breach or non-observance or
non-performance thereof by any such persons shall be deemed to be the
act or omission as the case may be of the Licensee.
