12. SUBJECT

13. (1) THE Fostmaster General may by notice in writing to
the Licensee determine this Licence in each and every of the following
(a) In case any sum of money due by the Licensee to
the Government (whether under this Licence or otherwise) shall remain
unpaid for a period of twenty days after the date on which it ought
to be paid.
(b) In case the Licemee shall go into liquidation
whether voluntary (save for the purpose of amalgamation or recon
struction) or compulsory or in case the permitted assignee of the
Licenses not being a corporation shall become bankrupt or make my

In case of any breach
-observance or no
formance on the part of the Licensee of any of the terms and conditions
on their part to be observed and performed under the provisions of this
licence or under the provisions of any agreement between the Goverment
and the Licensee with reference to any security given by the Government
in commection with the service.
(d) In case the service is not carried on regularly
contimously or is suspended for a period of one month without the
permission of the Postmaster General.
(2) The determination of this Licemos under any of the
provisions hersinbefore contained shall not prejudice or affect the
right of the Government to recover any mum chae thereunder or any
remedy of the Government for or in respect of any breach non-observance
