Amendment of
section 28.
Section 28 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting subsection (3) and substituting the following-
**(3) Where, after the commencement of the Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance 1973, a lenancy agreement is executed under subsection (2), the premises to which the agreement relates shall be excluded from the further application of this Part.".

Ordinance.
[16th November, 1973]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Community Relief Trust Fund (Amendment) Ordinance 1973.
2. The long title of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting "Community Relief Trust Fund" and substituting the following-

"Emergency Relief Fund"".
The preamble to the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "Community Relief Fund"
and substituting the following-
"fund for community relief": and
