Amendment of section 1.

Amendment of section 5.

(b) in paragraph (c) by deleting "to be known as the Com-

munity Relief Trust Fund".

Section 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended by delet- ing "Community Relief Trust Fund Ordinance" and substituting the following-

"Emergency Relief Fund Ordinance”.

5. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1)——

(a) by deleting "to be known as the Community Relief

Trust Fund. bereinafter referred to as the fund."; and

(b) by inserting at the end thereof the following—

"The fund shall be known as the Emergency Relief Fund.".

Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended in sub- section (1) by deleting "Community Relief Trust Fund Committes" and substituting the following-

"Emergency Relief Fund Commities".
