Explanatory Note.

(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended

to indicate their general purport).

The new regulation 8, in regulation 2 of these regulations, clarifies how a register of motor vehicles may be kept. It also provides for the issue of certificates of particulars in the registor and for the proof of such particulars by certificate.

Regulation 3 alters the wording of regulation 14(2) of the principal regulations to be consistent with the wording in other parts of the regulations.

MEDICAL REGISTRATION ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 161).

MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Medical Registration Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited ELS the Medical Practitioners (Registration and Disciplinary Procedure) (Amend- ment) (No. 2) Regulations 1971.

2. Regulations 10 and II of the principal regulations are amended by deleting the words "infamous conduct", wherever they occur, and substituting the following-

“misconduct".

3. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is

amended in Forms 3, 3A and 5 by deleting the words "infamous conduct", wherever they occur, and substituting the following-

"misconduct".
