MERCHANT SHIPPING ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 281).

MERCHANT SHIPPING (CONTROL OF PORTS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1971.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf. the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Control of Ports) (Amendment) Regulations 1971 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.

2. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (3) by deleting "K" and substituting the following-
