FOOD AND DRUGS (COMPOSITION AND LABELLING) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1967.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 55 und 143 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) (Amendment) Regulations 1967, and iball come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by notice in the Gazette.
1. Regulation 2 of the Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) is amended by the insertion, after the definition of "permitted colouring matter”, of the following--

"reconstituted milk" means products resulting from the recombining with water of milk constituents, namely, milk fat and other solids derived from milk exclusive of any other substance, and includes the products result- ing from the melting of frozen concentrated milk and "to reconstitute milk" shall be construed accordingly:".
3. The principal regulations are amended by the addition. after regulation 5. of the following new regulation-
