In espreise of the powers conferred by sub-section (10) (a) of section 2 of the Public Health (Sanitary Provisions) Regulations, 1948, the Colonial Secretary has, by writing under his band, declared that the areas described in the attached schedule are subject to Regulation 2 of the said Regulations.
SCHEDULE.
1. An area situated in Kowloon and bounded:
on the North by Argyle Street
un the East by a line from the junction of Argyle Street and Waterloo Road, Southwards along Waterloo Road to its junction with the Railway track, thence Southwards along the Railway track to Gascoigne Rond
on the South by Gascoigne Road and Jordan Road
ou the West by the water-front from Jordan Road to Soy Street, thence along Soy Street to Canton Road, and Northwards along Canton Road to Argyle Street,
2. That part of the area in Kowloon and bounded:
on the North by Jordan Rond, Gascoigne Road, Chatham Road
and Winslow Street
on the East by the water-frout
on the South by the water-front
on the West by the water-front,
which has not hitherto been declared as an area subject to Regula- tion 2 of tho said Regulations.
