In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Nursing and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance, 1936, the Governor in Council bas een pleased to exempt the Hong Kong Auti T.B. Association's Ruttonjee Sunatorium from the operation of the said Ordinance.
