6. Revenue Surveys and General.-Surveys were made in detail for plans (quad.) to be attached to Crown Leases of 771 lots. The following Contour Surveys were made and plotted to a scale of 0 or 50=1" with 10 feet vertical intervals.
An area of 20 acres at Kai Lung Wan; 19 acres at Morrison Hill; 15 acres at Wong Ma Kok; 42 acres at Ho Mun Tin; 70 acres at Kowloon Tsai and 63 acres North of the Kowloon Tong Estate.

The City Boundary, East of Magazine Gap Road along the 700′ contour, was defined and boundary stones fixed and re-fixed where necessary.
Boundaries of 229 lots were defined on the ground for building areas. Boundary stones were fixed to 322 lots. 36 Picket Boxes were fixed in roads for marking permanent traverse points. The frontage lines to streets of 264 lots were checked.
