We have not been able to find out very much about him. But it appears that he was born in 1899 in the Netherlands, and that at the time of his repatriation from the Far East in 1942 he was Netherlands Consul at Kobe.
Have you yet had any reply from the military government in Hong Kong as to whether they are prepared to receive him?
