We have not been able ts
find out very much about him. But it appears that he was bow in 1899
in Holland, and that at the time of his repatriation from the Far East in 1942 he was Netherlands Consul at Kobe.
Have you yet had ausriply from the military foot in Hong Kong as to whether they are prepared to receive him?
