Welfare of Chinese students in London in event of a European War.
Refers to Foreign Office letter of 18th April,1939 (F 3262/3262/10). The Universities Bureau of the British Empire have taken up the matter of Chinese students with the various Universities and the Foreign Office may care to communicate direct with them in the matter of those who are attending Universities. The Board of Education would be glad to be informed of students attending other institutions so that the question of their safety may be considered.
