Law No.52 of 1908 and Law No.51 of 1911 are

hereby repealed.

As regards suits and non-contentious cases

accepted by the Courts of Law of the Government-General

of Korea or by the Kwantung Courts in accordance with the

laws mentioned in the preceding paragraph before the date

of enforcement of this Law the previous practice shall be

followed. Provided that this shall not affect the

application of paragraph 3.
