(f)
to employ and use all utilities, services and facilities, roads, highways, bridges, viaducts, canals and similar channels of transportation belonging to or controlled or regulated by the Government of the Territories or His Majesty's Government under conditions no less favorable than those applicable from time to time to His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom;
(g) by common agreement to acquire by
supplementary lease for the unexpired period of the leases above referred to, and under the same conditions as are contained in this instrument and in said note of 2nd September, 1940, regarding naval and air bases and facilities for the United Statos in British trans-Atlantic territories, such additional areas, sites, locations, roads, bridges, rights of way and other facilities, as may be found necessary for the protection and use of the naval and air bases;
(h) except as otherwise herein provided, to use
all public lands, areas, sites, forts, docks, piers, quays, berths, shops, repair facilities, arsenals, magazines, and hospitals to the extent that may become necessary or convenient for the protection of the property, instrumentalities and activities of the United States of America, or otherwise to safeguard its national interests without compensation other than reimbursement of any additional cast directly resulting from such use.

in collaboration with the Government of the Territory and, where necessary, of the local authority concerned to exercise, without other consideration than just compensation to private owners, if any, such powers as such Government and local authority and His Majesty's Government may possess of entering upon any property in the vicinity of the leased areas for the purpose of inspecting or taking any necessary measures, to improve sanitation and protect health; and to take such measures.
