Before his Honour Mr. A. G. Wise (l'uisas Judge), presiding at the Supreme Court, this morning, the Victoria Dispensary brought an action against W. H. Manners, to recover the sum of $14 odd, being for goals bought and supplied, Last Friday defendant admitted owing plaintiff firm $10, which had been paid into Court, but he refused to pay costs, and the No. 5, MORRISON HILL. case was adjourned to allow the parties to come to a settlement, Mr. Justice Wise in structing defendant to see Mr. M.
