LONDON, August 8th. THE LATE EMPRESS FREDERICK). Z Once again the land is plunged in mourn ing, a mourning, not merely respectful to the King, this a second time bereaved, in the short space of seven months, but df kindly almost tender reverence for that heroic spirit now passed to its eternal rest.
