Bench Dismisses Dog Summons
Summonses against Mrs. 8. LL Ho of 8, Seymour Road for keep- ing a dog that was dangerous to the public, and keeping the dog not under proper control were dismissed at the Central Magis- tracy yesterday before Mr. K. Keen.
Inspector Kirby stated that a postman went to the house at 6.20 p.m. on May 27. and on entering he saw two Alsatian dogs sitting by the staircase. There usually was a gate keeper with the dogs
but on this occasion he was not present. After the postman had delivered the letters and was about to leave the house one of the dogs bit him on the ankle. The sum- mons was taken out on instruc- tions from the General.
