FOR CHILLY DAYS:
PRETTY JUMPER SUITS FROM EVE.

and silver buckles or small mounts. One or two of them are lightly em- broidered with wool or silk, and que has a band of white fur slatted through the crown. They all have a certain amount of brim which tenda to widen and droop on the right side.

different shades in old bleach linen for spring frocks or house- hold purposes. One of the latest ideas is to have dressing table of luncheon sets, made of linen of one of those pastel shades with appliqué flowers of other colours.

The first of these daily exercises is the one which helps to keep the tummy flat and the internal muscles strong more than anything else. It can be done in several positions. Lying flat on the back with the feet on the floor and the knees up is one of the best to choose first. Draw the muscles right in until your back is pressing firmly on the floor, then let them relax as far as they will go, and repeat over and over again until tired. It is a great help to do this and all rhythmic exercises to music, and a show walze played on the gramophone will make this particular one far less tedious.
