Steel Companies Must Use Ten Million Tons To Keep Expansion Schedule Going
New York, Feb. 14.
Steel companies will have to use about 10,000,000 tons of steel to keep their own expansion programmes moving in the next two years, the Iron Age, metalworking trade weekly, said today. But by failing to set up priorities for such steel dse, the publication said, the government so far "has not recognised that it takes steel to make steel."
