The Merchant Navy Sports Ground, Chatham Road, Kowlcon, (above), has solved one major problem of visiting seamsn-recreation and facilities. Rehabilitated recently, the new structure looks resplendent in cream and green. Features of the Club house Include a spacious lounge with a bar, a reading room, a large hall for indoor sports or dance floor, wide porch and dressing rooms. Behind the Club house in a newly touchd-up pavilion, 18 between these two buildings, in on open opice, which when treated will provide either a lawn bowl green In front of the Club house is the football field. Quarters are provided for or tennis courts. the staff in the Club house itself.
