INNER WAR CABINET FOR FRANCE: FULL LIST OF MINISTERS

PARIS, TO-DAY. THE NEW FRENCH CABINET WAS FORMED AT 4 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON, AND SHORTLY. AFTERWARDS PRESIDENT ALBERT LEBRUN GRANTED AN AUDIENCE TO THE NEW PRE- MIER, M. PAUL REYNAUD, WHO INTRODUC- ED HIS COLLEAGUES. The Cabinet, which includes, 15 Deputies and six Senators, represents all parties from the Right- ist Centre to the Socialists, and is thus assured of a comfortable majority in Parliament. An Inner War Cabinet and an inter-Ministerial Econo- mic Council are new features in the Reynaud Gov- ernment. It will meet at least three times a week.

SHANGHAI TAXI STRIKE THREAT

Shanghai, To-day.
A taxi strike threatened in Shang- hai yesterday as chauffeurs employed by the city's leading hire car com- panies on Thursday night presented demands to their employers for in- creased wages.
They requested a reply not later than yesterday afternoon. If a fav- ourable' reply was not forthcoming the chauffeurs would declarè a gen- eral strike, thus paralysing the taxis at the time of the Easter holidays. Havas.

"Firstly, there is a war commit- tee composed of the Premier, Vice- Premier, the Miniators of the Na tional Defence, Departments and the Ministers for Colonies and Fin ance. The war committee will meet at least three times a week. "Secondly, there is an inter-Minis- terial economic committee which will meet once a week. This committee in- cludes the Prime Minister, Finance Minister and the Ministers of Econo- mic Departments.
