Buenos Aires, Yesterday. ONE OF THE MOST VIOLENT denunciation of the Nazi re- gime was published in Buenos Aires yesterday under the signature of Dr. Fritz Thyssen, once the most powerful German industrial magnate who was alleged to have contributed a big sum for the success of the Nazi Party in the early 'thirties and whose fortune, amounting to 200,000,000 marks was confiscated last month by a German Home Ministry decree.
