Mr. Mow Fung's Defence of Mr. Lo's Charges

With election day on May 10, the contest for the vacancy on the Sanitary Board is becoming keen. Dr. Li Shu-fan, a candidate, and Mr. F. C. Mow Fung, nominee of the Kowloon Residents' Association, have both made statements to the Press, outlining their policies and replying to the charges made against them.

Mr. F. C. Mow Fung repudiates the charge that he is interested only in Kowloon and Dr. Li Shu- fan outlines his past record and announces his policy. Letters from both candidates are print- ed below:-
