THE Company has been formed for the purpesa of constructing equipping. and working a series of Low Lorel Steam Tramways in the City of Victoria, Hong.
Two Special Ordinances (No and 18 of 1883) have been passed by the Legislative Council and the Government anthorizing the construction and working of the name.
Victoria is very favourably adapted for! Tramways, owing to its contignation, the cay gradients of its principal street, (the main theringhiare from the East to the West onda, along which the Temways will be laid), and the irametse incessant trame.
