Mr H. Sayn, Secretary of the French Municipal Council, is among the passengers leaving by the dva for Marseilles, and it is notified that Mr C. Caussade will officiate as Acting Secretary during his absence.
Among the passengers who arrived by the last French mail was H. E. Signor de Luca, the new Italian Minister to Faking, who, before proceeding on his way to pressot bia credentials at that Court, is staying at the Shanghai Club.
