1. Mr. TSANG KING, Contractor, is examined and Mr. Ho Fux acts as Interpreter. 2. Mr. GOULBOURN is recalled to give further evidence.

3. Messrs. HoWROYD and WATTS are also examined.

4. It is decided that 50 copies of the Report with Appendix be struck off by the Printers.

The Commission then adjourns to meet on Saturday, the 26th instant, at 3 P.M.
