2. Mr. HANCOCK of the Public Works Department also gives evidence.
3. A rough draft of the Report is laid on the table. Discussion ensues, and it is resolved that the Report be printed and circulated for revision by the Members of the Commission.
4. Having been unable to get the list of charges made against the Officers of the Public Works Department from Mr. BOWDLER, who was repeatedly written to for it; it is resolved that a letter be written to the Colonial Secretary requesting that Mr. Bowdler be directed to supply the particulars desired without further delay.

menced.
2. The Report, which the Commissioners have several times met informally to consider, is brought up for final revision, and some modifications are agreed on.
