2. It is decided to keep the notice in the Newspapers until all the evidence has
been taken.
3. A confidential letter from Mr. FLEMING of the Royal Engineers is read.
4. Messrs. FLEMING and BIRD are to be invited to attend and give evidence at the next meeting.
The Commission then adjourns to meet on Friday, the 18th instant, at 3 P.M.
