DIRECTORS
The Directors of the Company at the date of this report are shown on page 2.
On 7th January, 1991, Mr. Andrew Leung Kin Pong was appointed as a Director to replace Mr. Eddy Chan Yuk Tak.
In accordance with articles 99 and 101 of the Company's articles of association, all existing Directors with the exception of Mr. Lawrence E Louey,Mr. Gordon Siu Kwing Chue and Mr.
Andrew Leung Kin Pong retire from the Board
and, being eligible, offer themselves for re- election.
The Company has not entered into service
contracts with any of the above Directors.

於一九九一年一月七日,梁建邦先生獲委任加入 董事會,以代替陳育德先生。
根據本公司組織章程第九十九及一百零一條規 定,除雷覺坤先生、蕭炯柱先生及梁建邦先生 外,各現任董事任期告滿,依章告退,但得候選 連任。
本公司從未與上述任何董事簽訂服務合約。
