董事會報告書

The Directors have pleasure in submitting their annual report together with the audited statement

of accounts for the year ended 31st December,

1991.

董事會同寅現謹向各股東提早截至一九九一年十 二月三十一日止年度之報告及已審核賬項,以供 覽閱。

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY

The principal activity of the Company is the

operation of franchised public buses in Hong

Kong.

ACCOUNTS

The profit of the Company for the year ended 31st December, 1991 and the state of the Company's affairs at that date are set out in the accounts on pages 36 to 48.

An interim dividend of 15 cents per share was paid on 15th October, 1991. The Directors now recommend that a final dividend of 43 cents

per share in respect of the year ended 31st December, 1991 be paid on 11th June, 1992.

主要業務

本公司主要業務為在本港經營有專利權之公共 汽車服務。

賬項

本公司在一九九一年十二月三十一日之財務狀況 及結至該日止全年之盈利刊於本賬項第五十一頁 至六十三頁。

中期股息每股一角五仙已於一九九一年十月十五 日派發,董事會現建議於一九九二年六月十一日 派發結至一九九一年十二月三十一日止年度之末 期股息每股四角三仙。

CHARITABLE DONATIONS

Donations made during the year amounted to HK$1,338,047.

慈善捐款

本年度內捐款共為港幣一百三十三萬八千零四十 七元。
