lessee, occupier or keeper of any godown or tenement build- ing to provide notices therein bearing, in English words and Chinese characters not less than seven inches in height, the words "NO SMOKING ".

(2) Any person who fails to comply with any such pro- hibition or requirement shall be deemed to commit a breach of this regulation.

880.-(1) Every means of egress from any godown or tenement building shall be kept free from all obstructions of every kind whatsoever.

(2) No such means of egress shall be in any manner wilfully damaged or rendered unusable or less commodious.

381. The owner, principal tenant, lessee, occupier, or keeper of every godown or tenement building, shall provide therein such fire extinguishing apparatus as the Chief Officer of the Fire Brigade may direct.

PART

XXVII.-LICENSING AND LICENCE FEES

AND FORM OF LICENCE.

382.---(1) Every licence to store dangerous goods shall be valid only in respect of one place of storage and only in respect of one category of dangerous goods.

(2) The licence shall specify the place of storage, the category and the maximum quantity of dangerous goods which may be stored.

(3) Every licence shall, subject to the provisions of any regulation made under the Ordinance, be valid for the storage of any or all of the goods included in the category specified in the licence.

(4) The maximum quantity of dangerous goods which may be stored shall be determined by the Licensing Authority in accordance with these regulations, and having regard to the eircninstances of each case.

383. Every licence shall expire on the 31st day of March next after the date of issue thereof.

384. The fees to be charged and paid for licences to store dangerous goods shall be as follows:-

(1) For every licence to store inflammuable liquids at a

petroleum refinery as defined in Part XXI-

(a) where granted to the holder and during currency of a licence covering storage of petroleum at an installation as defined Part XIV
