385. Every person licensed to store Category 4 dan- gerous goods in a shop* situated in any part of the New Territories (except New Kowloon) may, on payment of an additional fee of two dollars, obtain a licence to hawk kerosene in such districts in the New Territories as are specified on such last mentioned licence.
