If the addressee does not use the voucher, its value will be refunded to the sender if he makes ap- plication and returns the voucher within its period of validity.
Where the charge for the reply sent is less than the amount prepaid, the balance, if not less than G.F.2.0 will be returned to the sender if application is made within three months of the date of issue of the voucher.
All applications for refundment should be ad- dressed to the Postmaster General, General Post Office, Hong Kong.
Radiotelegram to be Repeated (T.C.).
The sender of a radiotelegram may have it collated or repeated at each station during transmis- sion by paying in addition to the ordinary charge half as much again. The instruction "T.C." which must be written before the address is chargeable as one word.
Urgent Telegrams.
There is no urgent service for messages for trans- mission to vessels or aircraft through radiotelegraph stations in the mobile service.
Multiple Address Radiotelegrams (T.M.).
Radiotelegrams may be addressed to several per- sons on the same ship, in which case the indication "T.M."--(the number of addresses being inserted in the blank space) must be written before the name of the first addressee. This indication counts as one word at the full rate per word, and a copying fee of not more than G.F.1.00 for each additional copy con- taining not more than 50 words, and G.F.0.50 for each additional, or part of, 50 words beyond the first 50 must be paid, besides the ordinary charge for the radiotelegram.
If the sender of the radiotelegram desires that all addresses should appear on any or all of the copies to be delivered to the addressee, he must write the instructions "C.T.A." (communicate to all addressees) before each of the addresses to which this instruction is intended to apply. This indication is charged for as one word each time it is used.
