Shaw & Shaw's Globe Cinema in Singapore

The Globe Cinema is a recent addition to Messrs. Shaw & Shaw's big chain of cinemas in Singapore. It stands in the Great World Amusement Park. and the architects have thus been able to produce a building that is gay, colourful and unfettered by the usual limitations imposed by adjoining buildings and the need to fit in with surrounding "street architecture".
The entrance lobby is completely open to the park on two sides, and above it a spacious lounge hangs
