(e.) In the counties of Lancaster and Kent the chairman of the A.D. 1886.
annual sessions shall be the chairman who is ex-officio member
of the county council.
(ƒ) Where a county as defined by this Act has more than one county treasurer the provisions of this Act as to a county treasurer shall apply to each of such county treasurers in relation to the portion of the county of which he is treasurer,
