the Clerk of the Parliaments that a scheme under this section A.D. 1886. has or has not been sanctioned by Parliament shall be conclu- sive evidence of the fact:
(10.) Where a scheme has been sanctioned by Parliament it shall, on and after the day on which it is stated by the Clerk of the Parliaments to have been so sanctioned, have the same effect as if it were a Public Act of Parliament to which the assent of Her Majesty had been given on the stated day : (11.) An authentic copy of every scheme sanctioned by Parlia- ment under this Act shall be preserved in the House of Lords amongst the records of that House, but any copy of a scheme sanctioned by Parliament under this Act purporting to be printed by the Queen's Printers shall be admissible in evidence. In the case of all provisional scheines relating to tramways or 15 electric lighting this section shall apply as if the “Board of Trade
were therein substituted for " Local Government Board.

91. Where by this Act any act or proceeding is directed to be Computation done or taken on a certain day, then, if that day happens to be a 20 Sunday, Christmas Day, Good Friday, or Monday or Tuesday in Easter Week, or a day appointed for public fast, humiliation, or thanksgiving, or a bank holiday, such act or proceeding shall be considered as done or taken in due time if it is done or taken on the next day afterwards, not being one of the days in this section 25 specified; but in reckoning clear days for the purposes of this Act,
the days in this section specified shall not be excluded.
