affecting equipment must be hastened; ammunition groups must be arranged so as to ensure ammunition of the same date as far as possible being sent to each post; and generally all steps taken to facilitate actual mobilization.
3. The mobilization details at this stage come under the orders of O.C. sections to which allotted.
4. If not already complete, O.C. companies will see that a sufficient number of tickets are made out for issue to transport coolies. Each ticket to have the name of the post of destination printed on it.

7. Mule transport will be taken over at once by the O.C.H.K.S.B. from A.S.C. (or from the R.E. if the moving of their stores has not been completed).
8. A requisition will be sent at once to the Staff Officer, Mainland Section, asking for such parties of infantry as may be required for moving heavier guns of movable armament.
9. Mules will, in the first instance, be used for moving 2·95-in. guns into position. Subsequently they will be employed for moving howitzers and 15-prs. as far as they can be moved along the roads, and after that for moving ammunition in waggons in the
same manner.
10. Equipment and kits of the howitzer 47-in. detachments will only be drawn and taken out when guns are half-way to their positions, up to this point, detachments will march back to barracks each night leaving guards over the guns.
11. Reports should be sent to the Adjutant, R.A., Sacred Hill, immediately on arrival of any detachment at its post, stating also number of rounds of ammunition brought up. Detachments who have not reached their posts will also report the position of the guns for the night.
12. Coolies are to be returned to the A.S.C. Depôt, Sacred Hill, each day on completion of work.
13. O.C. units will be provided in peace time with the following mobilization documents, which must be treated as secret and handed over to their successors complete and correct up to date :—
(1.) Copy of Mobilization Orders by O.C. Mainland Section (precautionary stage). (2.)
