14. O.C.H.K.S.B. will arrange to hand over, if required, to O.C. 2nd I.I. battn., one Maxim gun complete of those held on charge by him. This will be replaced (in store) by another from A.O.D.

15. O.C.H.K.S.B. and Adjutant will be at Section Commander's Post, Sacred Hill,

(8.) Mobilization Orders by the Officer Commanding H.K.S.B. R.G.A.

(i.) Precautionary Stage.

1. The mobilization details at this stage come under the orders of the Officer Commanding the sections to which they are allotted, and orders issued by the F.Cs. of H.K.S.B. R.G.A. of the sections will be complied with.

(ii) At the War Stage.

2. In accordance with G.S.O. No. of to-day's date, the battalion will mobilize.

3. The battalion will fall in by companies in column of detachments according to their manning boards at

4. O.C. companies will immediately report to the Adjutant the number of men sick, in prison, on guard, and employed.

5. The Adjutant will take over the reserve and from them arrange to complete all deficiencies except employed men who may be able to join their detachments on relief. These latter will be relieved forthwith.

6. Company parades will be dismissed to pack their field kits and dress. Dress: Field service order, khaki, water bottles filled 60 rounds s.a.a. in pouches.

7. Detachments for sections, other than Mainland Section, will carry their own kits to Kowloon Police Pier in time to embark on the launch detailed by the O.C. section or Fire Commander concerned.

8. A guard of 1 n.c.o. and 6 gunners, as well as three company storemen, will be detailed to remain in charge of barracks.

9. The Battalion Quartermaster-Sergeant, will arrange to close all regimental institutes, offices, school, &c., and hand the keys to the Master Gunner.

10. The Regimental Police will be detailed as a portion of the reserve, and will be under the orders of the Battalion Quartermaster-Sergeant, who will post one of them for duty at the native married quarters, and one at the British n.c.os. married quarters.

11. Manning details will fall in as soon as possible (or at a definite hour, if warning of mobilization has been previously given) with their kits.

Each detachment will be fallen out to pile their kits in a place previously marked and fall in again on parade.
